    What the condition grades mean.

    Every device is refurbished and bench-tested. The grade describes cosmetic wear only — all three are fully functional and pass the same 70-point check.

    How long does delivery take?

    We dispatch within 1–3 working days, and free USPS tracked delivery typically arrives in 3–7 working days — with US import duty paid by us. UPS Express is available at checkout for 1–4 working days, but that service is duty-unpaid, so US Customs bills the recipient. Transit times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

    Does rooting void the manufacturer warranty?

    The manufacturer's, yes — unlocking a bootloader ends OEM cover, and on Samsung the Knox fuse is permanent and cannot be reset. That is exactly why we cover the device ourselves: every phone carries a 12-month PrivacyPortal warranty, plus your 30-day right to reject under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    Will it still get security updates?

    Yes. Devices on a maintained custom ROM keep receiving patches, often long after the manufacturer stopped. Each product page states which ROM ships and how actively it's maintained.

    Is a rooted phone less secure?

    Honestly, root is a real trade-off: you gain full control, and also the ability to grant an app total system access. Manageable if you're careful about what you grant. If that sounds like hassle, our de-Googled non-rooted phones may suit you better.

    Can I switch root manager later?

    Yes, they're swappable and we'll point you at the right guide. It ships with your choice so you don't have to touch it on day one.

    What if I don't get on with it?
