New, Like New or Preloved?

The condition shown on each product and variant describes its cosmetic state. Software preparation and functional checks are separate from cosmetic grading. The individual product listing remains the source of truth for the exact model, storage, colour, accessories and condition supplied.

New

A device sold as new has not been previously owned or used as a consumer device. It may be opened so that we can inspect it, install the advertised software and perform the checks described in the listing. Retail packaging, seals and included accessories are supplied only when the product listing states that they are included.

Like New

A Like New device has been previously owned or handled but is in excellent cosmetic condition. It may show very light signs of handling. We inspect and function-test the selected hardware before software preparation. Accessories and packaging vary and are included only when stated in the listing.

Preloved

A Preloved device is previously owned and may have visible cosmetic wear such as scratches, marks or small dents. Cosmetic wear does not change the functional checks described in the product listing. Any model-specific battery threshold, defect or accessory is stated on the listing rather than assumed from this general condition guide.
