A crDroid build is a custom Android configuration. Its maintenance schedule and app behaviour can differ from both Google’s stock software and GrapheneOS. Check essential app requirements and the update process before choosing.

If your main priority is a privacy-focused Pixel with a locked-bootloader configuration, compare the separate GrapheneOS collection. Do not assume two operating systems on the same Pixel provide the same security properties.
