Murena One supplied with /e/OS preparation. An Android-based alternative with App Lounge and reduced reliance on the standard Google services package. Select the hardware and condition configuration above.

Software and setup choices

• Installed OS: /e/OS for Murena One (device target one). The project lists this target under its official releases.
• Root choices: the standard /e/OS setup is unrooted. Magisk, KernelSU and APatch are not included unless explicitly agreed for a separate configuration.
• Google apps: /e/OS uses its own app services and microG compatibility components instead of bundling the standard Google Play suite. App Lounge provides app discovery; a Google-dependent app may still have limitations. This listing does not offer a full Google-apps package as a selectable add-on.

Bootloader state

We supply this eligible /e/OS model with either a relocked or an unlocked bootloader. Tell us which state you require before preparation. Relocking applies only to the exact official signed build and supported hardware variant; it is checked against the device-specific procedure. A request for “No Root” alone does not specify the bootloader state.

Compatibility to check before ordering

• The compatible target is one. Model numbers, carrier restrictions and the required base firmware must match the official installation guide; a similarly named phone is not sufficient. App certification and contactless-payment support are not guaranteed by a locked bootloader.
• Banking, payment, work-profile, streaming and game apps may reject a modified device or depend on Google services. Play Integrity, DRM quality and future app compatibility are not guaranteed by root, a custom ROM or a bootloader setting.

Updates and support

Use the /e/OS system updater for the installed release channel. Follow this exact device’s upgrade instructions for an Android-version change; changing between community and official builds or changing bootloader state can require a clean installation and data wipe. Keep a backup.

Condition and what is included

• Preloved / Used: previously owned and function-tested; visible cosmetic wear may be present.
• Like New: previously owned, with minimal cosmetic wear. This is a used-device grade.
• Battery capacity above is the original hardware specification, not a measurement of the supplied unit’s battery health. Used batteries can have reduced capacity.

The selected device, the software preparation described here and protective packaging. A mains charger, charging cable, case, stylus, dock or other accessory is included only if expressly listed or added to your order. Third-party paid apps, accounts and subscriptions are separate.

Preparation, delivery and returns

Devices are prepared to order. Your selected setup is installed and function-checked before dispatch. Our custom-ROM and specialist configuration preparation target is 3–5 working days, with up to 10 working days allowed for custom preparation. Working days exclude UK weekends and public holidays.
