PrivacyPortal Ltd is an independent retailer and installation service. We are not GrapheneOS, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to the GrapheneOS project.

What we actually provide

We sell compatible handsets with GrapheneOS already installed, and we install GrapheneOS on devices as a paid service. The operating system itself is free and open-source software published by the GrapheneOS project, and it can be downloaded and installed by anyone at no cost.

What you pay us for is the handset, the installation work, the testing we do before the device leaves us, and the support we provide afterwards. You are not paying us for the software, and we do not claim any ownership of it.

Use of the GrapheneOS name

“GrapheneOS” is the name of that project. We use it on this site only to describe which operating system a device is running, so that you know what you are buying. Using the name in that way does not imply any partnership, approval or official status, and none should be inferred.

Support and official information

The official source for GrapheneOS releases, documentation and the current list of supported devices is grapheneos.org.

Please do not contact the GrapheneOS project about an order placed with us, or about anything we have installed, configured or changed on a device. They are a volunteer-supported project, they cannot help with our orders, and it takes time away from their work. Contact us instead and we will deal with it.
