Services and compatibility

The selectable services cover Android root installation, GrapheneOS, CalyxOS or LineageOS installation, eligible iPhone jailbreaks and device recovery. Availability depends on the exact model number, current firmware and service combination. See the remote-service page and pricing grid.

• Android root uses the agreed manager; Magisk is the default for ordinary root bookings. KernelSU, SukiSU or another kernel-based setup requires a matching compatible kernel and must be agreed for the exact device.
• GrapheneOS and CalyxOS installations are unrooted and use their supported relocked verified-boot configuration. LineageOS is a separate custom-ROM installation with an unlocked bootloader; specify any root and Google-apps request before the session.
• For iPhone jailbreaks, check both the chip and installed iOS version against the jailbreak project. Apple does not generally permit a downgrade to an arbitrary older unsigned version.
• Bootloader unlocking normally erases Android user data. Back up first. No carrier unlock, account-lock removal, Activation Lock removal or FRP bypass is included.

Booking and preparation

• After checkout, use the private booking link sent by email. The booking page shows available appointment times; session duration depends on the chosen device and work.
• Keep your device with you. You need a suitable computer, stable internet, a reliable USB data cable and permission to run the agreed remote-support software. AnyDesk or TeamViewer can be used as arranged.
• Send the model number and exact firmware version before the appointment. OEM unlocking must be available for an Android unlock; carrier restrictions or a firmware revision may prevent the service.
• Use the booking link for rescheduling and cancellation terms. If you cannot find the email, use the order lookup page.

After the session

We check the device boots and explain the installed setup. Stock Android updates can replace patched images and remove root; custom-ROM updates must follow the exact project and device guide. A semi-untethered jailbreak must be re-enabled after a full reboot. Google apps, root privileges and bootloader state are separate choices and should be recorded in the agreed preparation.

Important device limits

Samsung modified firmware can permanently trip the Knox Warranty Bit, affecting Knox-dependent features. Banking, game, workplace and streaming apps can reject modified systems or change their requirements later. Root or jailbreak detection bypass and future app compatibility are not guaranteed. Contact us before ordering recovery work or any configuration whose eligibility is unclear.
