Delays aren't normal but they can occur. We are a small team here at PrivacyPortal and all the work is done in house. From the actual modification of your device all the way to the packaging and testing.
If there is a case where delays occur and you don't see an update in a couple days. Fret not. We are sill working on your order. Tracking will be sent directly to the email on your order once its been collected safely by the courier. And p.s we fully insure all of our parcels so if a parcel does get lost. You can be fully compensated.
