This handset ships on iOS 17.0 exactly with Dopamine 3.0.4 installed through TrollStore. TrollStore keeps the Dopamine app signed without a 7-day certificate renewal.
Permanent signing is not a permanent jailbreak. Dopamine remains rootless and semi-untethered: after a full reboot, open Dopamine and re-apply the jailbreak. The permanently signed app remains available to do that.
